Please read the information below
before ordering your beef:
As we are a small family beef farm, we may not
be as tech savvy as some of the larger mail order beef
companies or farms who you may browse on the internet,
but we want to be your source for beef for a long time
to come, not just every once in a while. We do feel
our prices are competitive in the present marketplace. We have decided not to add shipping and
handling charges to the cost of our product so that
the cost of our beef is very transparent to you as you
shop across the internet.
Our beef can be
shipped via USPS Priority Mail in the continental United
States east of the Mississippi at this time. For those
west of the Mississippi, or in Puerto Rico, U.S.
Virgin Islands, Hawaii, or Alaska, please email us to
see if shipping is a viable option for you. Remember,
we are not “the big guys” who can absorb the cost of
shipping easily.
For those who desire overnight shipping, please
contact us to see if this is an option you are
willing to pay and absorb.
Our shipping/handling charges are per package to one
delivery address.
In order to comply with
Virginia Sales Tax laws, we are obligated to collect
food tax on purchases for those who reside in
Virginia.
In order to guarantee delivery, we
cannot deliver to post office box numbers, incomplete
addresses, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.
Shipping:
All meat is fully frozen in a heavy
duty vacuum packed bag, as shown in the pictures
below.
Our largest package
fits nicely into a standard refrigerator freezer of 3
cubic feet usually with room for more.
Your
package(s) will be shipped in a Styrofoam cooler and
corrugated box with 3-5# dry ice to maintain the
frozen state.
We process beef on a monthly
basis even though we are 100% pastured and grain
finished. Remember that we farm in Virginia and the
weather is usually milder than in many places. If we
are unable to fully process your order at the time
that you place it (due to demand), we will notify you
through your email of the fact and will let you know
when the next available time your order will be
filled.
Orders must be received before 6pm
on Sundays. Orders placed after 6pm on Sundays will be
filled the following week.
We ship via USPS using
Priority mail east of
the Mississippi River
. We do not ship west
of the Mississippi
unless by personal
request. Cost to ship
will be higher than
stated. Contact us for
more information.
Package weights are
variable depending on size of steer and cut of beef.
As stated, shipping and handling are separate
charges; we do not include this in the price of your
beef. Shipping/handling charges are added to your
total by our shopping cart.
All orders must be paid before shipping
via credit card (PayPal).

For those who do not
wish to purchase a
particular beef
package, we can put
together a
personalized package
just for you. Email
with request to see if
it is possible. We
will let you know what
it will cost you +
shipping and handling.
All personal orders
will be processed
through PayPal via
invoice sent to you.
All orders must be
paid before shipping.

Natural “Just Lavender Soap”

gentle enough for infants.
